How many people can your space accommodate?
We can host up to 70 people comfortably.
What happens if my meeting runs over, or I need the room for longer?
If there are no other bookings after yours, you can use the meeting room for as long as you like that day—we’ll update the checkout time and cost.

about us
Hunter O'Connor, a Flint native with a heart full of love for her community, turned a decade-long dream into reality with The Hive. For over 13 years, Hunter has dedicated her life to making others feel good through her many gifts, including music, homemade products, ceremonies, and intuitive coaching & healing.
She always knew she was meant to create something special to bring Flint together and foster healing.
Hunter's journey began with the Flint Sustainability Project, a nonprofit she founded to promote sustainability in Flint.
Alongside this, she has shared her music at various venues and events throughout Flint and Michigan, helping community members heal along the way.
But her vision was bigger. She dreamed of a space where people could come together to laugh, dance, play, learn, and heal.
With the unwavering support of her husband Alberto and the many helping hands from our wonderful community, The Hive was born.

We named our space "The Hive" because, like bees, we believe in creating a sweet and sacred space through community. Here, everyone has a unique gift to share, and we thrive by supporting each other. Together, we can build something beautiful, knowing that what’s good for the hive is good for the bee, and what’s good for the bee is good for the hive.
